Joan Is In Surgery - 2:00 PM
Hey all -
Wanted to let you all know that Joan entered the operating room at NYU Medical Center at 1:55 PM today. Nervous, but resolute and remarkably courageous.
It will take anywhere from 5-6 hours before she is out of surgery. I will post and let you all know as soon as I can after she is in recovery and I have more information.
Stay tuned - and send good thoughts her way!

Terry - now this is the easy part for Joan and the tough part for you.
Joan just has to lay there in her fancy nail polish and dream away; while you anxiously await for the surgery to end!
All kidding aside, I hope you are hanging in there and using the support all around you. There are so many prayers and positive thoughts going out to you right now!
