Movie Review: Hitch
Mindless fun. Loved it. I could be biased because I happen to love Will Smith - so he could read the phone book in a movie and I would love it. This is a chick-flik, but guys will like it too because that Eva Mendes is not hard to look at. Don't expect too much and you'll enjoy it. Perfect movie for when you have a splitting headache and you can't concentrate too hard on something like a plot.

Hmmm. A movie deliberately designed to have no plot. Now that is deep. May have to put it on the Netflix list. I also find the key message perfect for my current state of being:
"...the film conveys its key message, which is Koyaanisqatsi: life out of balance; crazy life; life in turmoil; life disintegrating; a state of life that calls for another way of living."

Liz - Best in Show is one of my all time favorite movies. I am blanking right now (must be the brain surgery) - were you the producer on the Christopher Guest Brut shoot? I feel like you were there with me, but I also think we didn't work together until the Johnson's Kids Vancouver shoot? Anyway - Christopher Guest was working on Best in Show at the time, and he talked about it a lot while we were shooting. So that makes it even funnier for me.
I will put the others in the queue. I didn't know Shut Up and Sing was out yet - can't wait to see that one.
